Exact Match – Safety & Exploitation Standards

1. Policy Statement & Scope

Exact Match has zero tolerance for any form of sexual abuse, child sexual abuse, exploitation, or explicit content involving minors. These standards apply to all aspects of our service—user registration, profile content, messaging, images, video, and any user-generated material.

2. Age Screening & Verification

• Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use Exact Match.
• Date-of-Birth Entry: During sign-up, we require each user’s date of birth. Accounts failing age validation (< 18) are automatically blocked.
• Periodic Checks: We periodically audit suspicious accounts (e.g. under-age indicators in messages or profile photos) and may request additional proof of age.

3. Content Moderation & Automated Filters

• Automated Scanning: All profile images and uploaded media are run through industry-standard AI filters to detect nudity, under-age subjects, or other prohibited content.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

• In-App Reporting: Tap any profile or go to chat and select “Report” to flag suspected under-age or abusive content.

5. Response & Enforcement

• Acknowledgment: All reports are acknowledged within 2 hours of receipt.
• Investigation: We complete a full investigation within 24 hours, gathering any needed logs or media.
• Actions: Depending on severity, actions may include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or referral to law enforcement.
• Evidence Retention: We retain relevant chat logs and media for at least 90 days to facilitate any legal inquiries.
